SITE MANAGEMENT
We offer site management services at condominium developments across Calgary. Our experienced employees are sub-contracted by property management companies to provide on-site services up to 7 days per week, with a scope of duties tailored to meet the needs of the condominium site.
Site supervision services include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting homeowners with any issues/concerns
- Daily interior and exterior walk-throughs of facilities
- Programming and issuing fobs
- Programming intercoms
- Light maintenance duties
- Bookings for moves, meeting rooms, etc.
- Providing access for subcontractors as directed
